Who we are
These terms are between you and CP Performance Group LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"), which makes the New Debut website and app. By using the site, joining the list or using the app, you agree to them.
The founding list
- Joining is free. There's no purchase obligation, now or at launch.
- The founding price is offered to confirmed members (you tapped the link in the confirmation email) during the 7-day window after launch. After that window, it isn't available.
- Launch dates can change. If ours moves, we'll email the list.
- One spot per person and email address. We may remove signups that are fake, automated or abusive.
Subscriptions
The app has a free version and paid plans. Paid plans are billed by Apple, at the prices shown in the App Store, under Apple's own terms (including its rules on renewals, cancellations and refunds). You manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Acceptable use
- Use New Debut for your own personal use.
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the site or the app.
- Don't use it to harass anyone, post anything unlawful, or pretend to be someone else.
- Our content, design and brand belong to us. Don't copy or resell them.
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Not medical advice
New Debut gives general training, nutrition and habit guidance. It isn't medical advice and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a doctor before you start any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition or take medication. Stop and get medical help if something feels wrong. Results depend on you and aren't guaranteed.
Age
You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and the app are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 6 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Before starting any claim, email us and give us a fair chance to fix it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and we'll email the list about anything important.
