A real person reads every email. Write from the address you signed up with, so we can find your spot.
Common fixes
I didn't get the confirmation email. Check Promotions and Spam for an email from Charlie Plourde with the subject "Confirm your spot on the founding list". Still nothing? Enter your email in any signup form on the site again and tap Resend email.
The link says it expired. Links last 7 days. The page it opens sends you a fresh one in one tap.
I typed my email wrong. On the "Check your inbox" card, tap Wrong email? Fix it. If you've already closed it, email us from the right address and we'll fix it.
I want to unsubscribe. Tap the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. It works straight away.
Delete my data. Email info@charlieplourde.com from the address you signed up with and ask. We'll delete it and tell you when it's done. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
