Yes. 5 days on Plus or Pro, and you’ll get a reminder the day before it ends. Cancel and you drop to the free version, keeping your streak and everything you’ve built.

Yes. Your personal morning and night audio uses a calm AI voice that says your name and is built from your goals. The free practice you’ll hear after you confirm is recorded by Charlie himself.

No. New Debut is the app: self-guided, available to anyone. Charlie’s 1:1 coaching is a separate program with him personally. Learn about 1:1 coaching →

No. It works on its own. If you have an Apple Watch or another wearable, connect it and your plan adjusts to your sleep and activity.

You choose what to connect. It’s never sold or used for ads, and you can delete everything from Settings. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
