The short version
- On this site we collect your email, where you came from, and one answer if you give it. That's it.
- In the app, health and wearable data is only ever collected if you turn it on.
- We never sell your information and never use it for ads.
- You can ask us to show you or delete everything, any time, at info@charlieplourde.com.
Who we are
New Debut is made by CP Performance Group LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). We run this website and the New Debut app. For anything about your data, email info@charlieplourde.com.
What this website collects
- Your email address, when you join the founding list. We store it encrypted, and look it up by a keyed fingerprint, not by the address itself.
- Where you signed up from: which form you used, and the campaign tags in the link that brought you here (like "utm_source"), if there were any. We take those tags out of the address bar as soon as the page loads.
- Your answer to "Which would you use first?", if you choose one after confirming.
- The dates you joined and confirmed.
- Cookieless analytics: page views and a short list of actions (for example "signup submitted" or "FAQ opened"), with no cookies, no IP address, no device fingerprint and nothing that identifies you. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts traffic the same way.
- Abuse protection: to stop spam and repeated signups, we count requests for a short time using a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address or email. Those counters reset within the hour.
This site uses no advertising pixels, sets no tracking cookies, and never asks for your location.
What the app collects
The app launches later; its own privacy details will appear in the App Store before you download it. In short:
- Your account, your goals and what you log (training, food, habits, journal entries).
- Health and wearable data only if you connect it (for example Apple Health or a watch), and only the kinds you allow. You can disconnect at any time.
- Health and wearable data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to target ads.
- You can delete your account and everything in it from the app's Settings.
How we use it
- To send the confirmation email and keep your spot on the founding list.
- To email you about New Debut: the launch, your founding price, and the app. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which posts and links bring people here, in totals, so we spend less time on what doesn't work.
- In the app, to run the features you use.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, only to run New Debut, under their own security and privacy terms:
- Cloudflare: hosting, the database behind the founding list, bot protection and cookieless analytics.
- GoHighLevel and the email provider it uses: our contact list and the emails we send you.
- Apple: the App Store, subscriptions and billing, and Apple Health if you connect it.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold, under this same policy.
We don't sell it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
How long we keep it
- Your founding-list record stays while you're on the list. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to respect that choice.
- Confirmation links expire after 7 days, and we keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of each link, never the link itself.
- Analytics are kept in totals and short-lived counters only.
- If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it, unless the law makes us keep something.
Your rights
- Access: ask what we hold about you.
- Correction: fix your email (or ask us to).
- Deletion: ask us to delete everything.
- Unsubscribe: every email we send has an unsubscribe link, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires, and we honour it promptly.
To use any of these, email info@charlieplourde.com from the address you signed up with. We may need to confirm it's you, and we'll reply within 45 days. Using these rights never changes how we treat you. Depending on where you live (for example Colorado or California), the law gives you these rights too.
Age
New Debut is for people 13 and older. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to join the list or use the app. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
Emails are encrypted at rest, connections are encrypted, and access is limited. No system is perfect, so we can't promise absolute security, but if a breach affects you we'll tell you as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above, and email the founding list about anything important.
